Weight gain
I am  getting irregular periods.. It's been a 3months I didn't get.. I have put on more weight. I don't whether it is Pcod or thyroid please help me

Both hypothyroidism and PCOS can cause weight gain and irregular periods. Hypothyroidism can be confirmed by doing TFT (Thyroid hormone levels) and is easily treatable.
