My Daily routine is wake up at 7 or 7.30 doing kapal bharti and then I take gira pani after that bathing and then patanjali awala juice after that around 9 I take my breakfast like a fruit with Oats or With calorks flakes then my office from 10 to 6 around 1.30 I take my lunch at 4 a cup of tea and then at 6 I took a fruit or juice or almonds anything then from 7 to 8 or 8.30 I m in gym and then at 9 I will have Oats or milk and then at 11 I will take green tea and then I will sleep .
