Weekness in evening

Hi, I am working in office under very high pressure. Also in the evening time I am feeling too much tired and exhusted which leads to early sleep and also not able to spend time with family. Could someone suggest me something which can increase energy in the body?

Lack of energy is due to overstress your mind and body. Do regular walk . Eat 5 meals and relax your mind by listening music and reading books. Eat high protein foods.
