My mother is so weak, she need suggestions regarding the healthy food intake and any medicines for the improvement of blood.

There should some reason for weakness. is she not taking nutritious diet.? lack of sleep? stress or depression? lack of heamoglobin? improper digestion? any disease eg cardiac /respiratory? Find out the reason first then follow the treatment. milk, milk products, fruits are always beneficial
