My friend feels weakness after being discharged from ICU.She is able to sit,but when tries to stand,her head feels heavy

A little more detail is needed to help you further. The heaviness could be because of being in sleeping position for long time and then standing up and trying to move about. Pls do consult the doctor under whom your friend was .
