Weakness...little bit faint type feeling

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Sir/Mam, I gotta sudden increase in my blood pressure before 2/3 days...I visited hospital...my bp was normal120/80, ecg is also okkay..sugar was also 129 after breakfast..bmi-26.then they given me gas tablets somapraz..they told it can be due to gas...but I am feeling to much weakness...So what could be the proper issue?
