Weakness in my knees
When I stand for long my knees start shivering and i have benign pain. When i cycle my thighs and my knees just don't move an inch once I get down from the bicycle. It makes me feel terrible as well. I can't walk for long also.

Hello,you are weak , see it requires exercise , you need to take nutritious food at first line milk ,ghee , chicken ,egg ,etc... Regular exercise makes strengthen your muscles ,....start from simple exercise like walking then skipping.. It's a graduale process , do aerobics exercises exercises and yoga .
