Weakness..

I always feel weak very often.
My body pains in morning when i wake up from my bed.
And every time i feel my body is jamed
Please suggest what should be done to be energetic.😊

hello there.

as of now you might not need any medicines.
all you need to do is eat a lot of greens, vegetables and fruits.
drink lots of water and do some stretching exercises.
pranayama will also help.

if it still persists, then you might require a multivitamin supplement.
