Nature of my work is sedantary. I had dengue last year and i was unable to exercise from long time. Now I do walking for around 30 mins in the morning.When i come back from walk, I feel pain adn weakness in my legs. I feel i dont have much strength in my legs.
Please suggest how can i gain strength and reduce pain and weakness
