Weakness and feverish
I have been feeling quite week from the inside for the past 2days. Feel like I have a mild fever as well and also a cough since yesterday. Don't have any stomach trouble though. Kindly advise.

Hey your feelings of weakness may be due to the fever.
Eat gud food
Take rest, as it's weekend anyway :-)
Drink more fluids.
Avoid cold drinks and food for 2 days.
But if the feverishness is more consult a doctor
Avoid self medication
