Weakness after sex
I am 21 year old men. I have bad habit of hand musterbation from age of 16. And now after sex i feel weakness. And not interested in sex almost one day. And if i do sex twice in a day then i feel weakness mentally as well as physically and not interested in sex almost 3 days. Present time i don't musterbate but i feel poor sex life. And i do many things to improve muscles and body weight but body weight and muscles not improve. Plz suggest me best solution...thank you doctor.
