Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. On The Recommendations of Doctors, I Started Walking For 20 Days. Some Of The Veins Of My Right Foot Has Been Swollen For 5-6 Days. I Was Posted A Query About This in Practo & The Doctors Told Me That I'm Having Muscle Weakness Due To Walking With This Weight At This Low Age And The Muscle Weakness is Causing This Veins Swelling. However, I Have Two Query About This Issue. First Query is - If I Stop Walking, Will The Swollen Vein Reduce? Second Query is - What Should I Do To Get The Muscles Strength Back And What Should I Do To Get Rid Of This Muscle Weakness? Please Suggest Me, Doctor. I Will Be Ever Grateful To You.
