I have very weak joints due to which I get stressed out easily after doing any small work. Please tell me the healthy food I have to add to my daily intake to make my elbow and knee joints stronger.

Your joints cannot be week, if it is weak it will get dislocated, your easy fatigability is due to weakness of muscles , do exercises , eat good protein diet
