Weak Eyesight

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am 25 years old and i got galsses (-0.5 power) when i was 15. and Since then i am using glasses regularly but still my glasses power is increasing year by year. Now my glasses power reach to -1.75. And i dont get it why my eyesight is getting weaker and weaker. ( i dont use too much of laptop or tv or mobile)
