I experience premature ejaculation and my penis is not firm while masturbating its like strong at the beginning but few drops of sperm comes out while masturbating which makes it less firm to contunue and its very sensitive and then i ejaculate just within a minute. I believe it should be firm for minutes and this worries me a lot

Don't worry those drops that come out early are actually the lubricating fluid. Premature ejaculation can be treated and several treatment options are available. Just consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
