Weak digestive system
A 4 yr child has diarrhoea watery motions n zero intake of food since 3 days
The stomach looks swollen, blood test is normal, also tested for jaundice, all clear, the baby is on iv now, what could be the cause. Mom is too worried

Severe diarrea leading to low potassium in body leading to abdominal distention. Patient needs hospitalisation and IV fluids,nil by mouth for the time being. Be in touch with your pediatrician.
