Weak and slow mental and physical gtowth
My daughter is 5 years old. She is less attentive in class. She is in ukg and teacher always complaining that she is not doing anything in class. She born prematured in 8th month. She is physically weak. She can't run regularly. Always says pain in her legs and she tired early. Pls advice me what can i do?

Hello... from the info you have given me... it appears that child has less than adequate development. However all is not lost yet. She still has adequate scope for improvement . It will require disciplined approach toward the diet and exercise . Give her plenty of fruits and nutritious foods and reduce the junk food consumption. Increase her protein content by adding egg or dal In her diet. Pediasure is a good protein supplement. Add a tsp to milk and give it twice daily. As far as leg pain is concerned, because of fast bone growth at this age some pain is normal. But if it very high then syrup paracetamol (15mg/kg) will suffice. Sup calcimax p 5ml two times a day is advisable .
Next Steps
Check her hemoglobin status since anemia can cause similar problems
