Wbc : degeneration cells seen
Hi Dr, Can anyone check the attached cbc blood report and lipid report  and suggest if any other tests should be done. History : 33 weeks pregnant, and was  diagnosed with obstretric cholestasis at 24 weeks and since then taking udiliv 300 thrice a day. In my recent sonography there was little swelling on liver. And lft is in normal range. Serum bile acid was 12. Also my lipid profile is deranged. Does it happen due to obstretric cholestasis ? In cbc report there is a alert that wbc : degenerated cells seen, what does that mean ? Is the cbc report affected due to ongoing liver problem ? I can see the percentage of lymphocytes is reduced as compared to my last test. Should I be worried about it ? Please suggest what other tests I should look for. Thanks in advance 🙏🙏
