Wbc count is getting lower day by day m
My mother tlc count ws decreasing with no reason and mild fever always come and go per day, and bp is also low so that in hed it causes dizziness what is the treatment to cure?

Is there any history of prior infection, hematological,gastrointestinal  or history of strict vegetarian diet and medications history. Physical examination to look for organomegaly and lymphadenopathy
