Watery stools/Constipation
Hello doctors,
From last 3 days I've either facing very little amount of watery stool or constipation. I had used just few drops of castor oil on my navel (not sure if it's the effects of those or something else). I feel nauseous too. Please guide how to clear bowels.

Castor oil doesnt cause any symptoms
As it cannot be absorbed via skin
