Watery semen. And how i can fix it.

Hello. I'm a 25 year old male. For the last around 6 months, my semen has been very watery. It stresses me out because before that it used to be thick and white and now it's very watery and grayish. I have not been having sex and thus, I'm totally clueless how it all changed. What I have observed is that the more I delay ejaculation while masturbating, the more watery it turns out to be. And also, if I ejaculate again after like one day, the semen quantity produced is very low, which wasn't the case before. I feel my sexual drive has not been affected because I feel like having sex and get hard at normal intervals. Just that the semen is very watery. Please someone suggest what went wrong and how I can fix it. Thank you.
