Watery discharge and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had unprotected sex on 24th March. I got my periods after 2 days. But after my periods ended. I started getting watery discharge and now it's getting thicker. And I also have lower abdominal pain. What should I do? Is this a sign of pregnancy?
