Watery bump on penis gland

Asked for Male, 25 Years

2 watery bump on penis gland...dries out one month back...leaves 2 BLK spots on its place...again sheds BLK skin........again after few weeks gets slight itchy sensation and again the same bump but not on the same place but slightly near the previous one I had before. I worried what to do...also I had yellow foul smelly urine just days before these bump appear. Pls help
