Water retention
I was diagnosed with lever cirrhosis in March and was admitted. Tapping procedure was done thrice to extract fluid. M taking alkoliv, aldectone, norflox tablets and I have been asked to restrict salt to 2 mg a day and water up to 700 ml a day. Unfortunately I travel across states almost 20 days a month ..so it's getting very difficult to keep a tab on salt and water. In allopathy is tapping the only solution or is there any other option .pls suggest as there is a bulge in the stomach again and it's becoming a really costly affair for me...

I DON'T THINK THEIR IS ANY OTHER WAY TO DRAIN OUT THE ASCETIC FLUID EXCEPT TAPPING, ITIS AN COSTLY AFFAIR OFF COURSE, BUT YOUR LIFE IS SO VALUABLE. SO TOURING YOU SHOULD QUITE OTHERWISE YOU ARE IN DANGER, IF FLUID GET CONVERT IN SEPTICIMIC PURULANT THICK THAN HOW COME THE INFECTED PURULRULENT DISCHARGE COMES OUT. SURGEON PUT A DRAIN  IN ABDOMEN CONNECTED TO  URIBAG SO DISCHARGE COMES OUT TILL THE DRAIN IS NOT BLOCKED. HOW COME YOU MANTAIN  TWO MG SALT, 700ml WATER, DIET, MEDICINE.ETC  ETC ETC. ONCE YOU COME OUT THAN YOU CONTINUE YOUR TOUR WITH YOUR BETTER HALF OR SOME ONE. PLEASE  YOU ARE ONLY 37 Yrs. IN HINDI THEIR IS A SAYING "JAAN HEY TO JAHAN HAI". YOU ALSO HEARD THIS.
