It was a small wart now suddenly grew black .it 1x1 cm ,please advice I am doctor myself and I am very confused

Hi, Warts are caused by viruses. They have the capacity to grow in size, become darker, change in shape. If it is a wart it has to be removed as early as possible or it may spread. Laser ablation with cautery is the most effective way of treating warts.
