Wanted advice on medicine

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My husband is hypertensive and taking medicine Tab cardace, tab fibator and Tab nodon , recently he got an full body check up and found the following 1) Vitamin D ( total) - 7.34ng/ml 2) uric acid 3.40 mg/dl 3) HBA 1c 8.7 4) Fasting Blood sugar 120 and average Blood Glucose 203 mg/dl. Other all within normal limits. Kindly guide,
