WANT URGENT DIAGNOSIS

I am experiencing intense itching in scrotum and now it has infected the penis foreskin so the scrotum and penis skin is irritated and itchy .The scrotum skin is a little heavy now . I tried lulifen cream and kz cream which didn't work .It is increasing day by day so I need to know what might be the issue here. please give a solution for the above problem
