Want to treat my vertigo and tinitus
Sir,
Last mnth I had viral fever which came with a shivering cold..few days fever remained..but after that I could hear the sounds coming from my ear and associated vertigo. I consulted a neuro doctor he told it is due to calcium particles which have been displaced in a wrong area..and their movement causes vertigo..although I had those medicines the vertigo went off for that particular period of time..but due to coronavirus I could not reach to get those medicines which will cure it
Prescription included emikind MD,methigam CD3,sarlift 50,melzap md .25 ,zevert MD, and digitac
Pls suggest the medicines accordingly which are available in each n every medical store

Need to do vertigo exercise, it takes 5 min for one set do it for 15-20 times a day
Initially your vertigo will increase with exercise and then subside gradually.
Also hydration with 4-5 lit water daily required.
