If a person is undergoing physiotherapy treatment , then which is best to get fitness in body 'to choose fitness centre or doing exercises or asking physiotherapist to seek fitness exercises , orselse yoga ' which one is best to stay fit, doctors please suggest me as I need to join in RRB .

Hello there, depends on what is your goal . If Staying fit and exercising to improve the quality of life then you should seek advise of your physiotherapist who would make a tailor made fitness program after a physical assessment .
