I got swine flu on march. I want to know what precautions I need to take and whether I need to take flu shots.

Just strengthen ur immunity by Ayurveda n Proper nutrition n take necessary precautions as we all knows..ayurvedic medicines can help u lot regarding this rather than a vaccine shot..okk
