Want to Check my heart health
Sometimes i feel suddenly dizzy for few seconds..my left hand, shoulder,back and neck having some pain and crackling noises.. last week i check my bp for 4 day in clinic( 2 times a day) everytime its 130/80 except one time its 140/90..i am not diabetic..last night i start some sweating suddenly and heavy head..i feel not well and uneasy...i checked my bp on home monitor it shows 146/105..i am taken paracetamol and aceclofenac from 3 days for lower back pain(doctor prescribed).if i want to check my heart health ..which test is best..i have done my ecg last month (image attached)... Why should i have these symptoms...i am feared because of these symptoms.
Kindly suggest..

ECG is normal. There can be a viral illness which shows these symptoms for 7-10 days. If the problem persist you can consult.
For BP - it is little bit on higher side. Start with lifestyle modification- exercise (150mins/ week), avoid refined sugars and saturated fat, salt intake less than 2gm/day.
Make a daily record of BP for next 15 days and consult.
