Hi, if you are planned for pregnancy. Prepare mentally for pregnancy. And start taking folic acid supplementation now once daily. Take vitamin supplementation and healthy diet regularly. Do regular intercourse, atleast twice or thrice per week. If everything is normal you will get pregnant. Take obstetrician opinion once.
