Want lean stomach
I am 23 years old girl. I was 75 kg before 2 years. I used to run everyday in the morning and also went to the gym. I have lost few kgs and now I am 62 kg. But my skin got saggy and mainly stomach portion. After joining office I did not get time for running in the morning because of my shift time. But i do exercise regularly. Even I maintain diet also. But after doing lots of abs exercise I did not see any result. Could you please help me out and please suggest me what should I do for this
