The patient removed his left eye because it was totally broken with piece of glass in accident . So, now he can get a new eye? And why whole eye can't be replaced?

You can't fight with nature.medical science has got it's limitations. There is no such technology by which we can transplant whole eye .
We can only put prosthetic eye for cosmetic purposes in such cases.
