Hi
These symptoms are commonly seen in individuals who face stress. If you are facing any stress try to reduce your stress by alternative methods such as having a good sleep, trying regular exercise, trying out a new hobby, spending time with your family etc.
Introspect yourself and know about your positives and your negatives. Try to concentrate more on your positive attitudes rather than your negative attitudes. Try to rectify your negative attitudes.
Next Steps
If you still face any problem try contacting a psychiatrist who can help you in solving your problems.
All the best.
Health Tips
