Walking Pneumonia
I get walking pneumonia at least 3 times a year and it has been like that for at least 8 years now. Every time I get it, it gets worse and worse and lasts longer and longer and I'm scared that it may be lung cancer or something. I smoke cigarettes, and have been around heavy amounts of secondhand smoke since I was a young child. Is the frequency that I get walking pneumonia normal or should I consult a professional?

Actually what you are quoting pneumonia might be just exacerbation of copd. You need to do a lung function testing and then proper grading of ur disease as per GOLD class
