Walking addiction
Hi During recent schizophrenic episode, I used walk in hall and terrace whole time solving issues troubling me in mind which never seems to end. This has lead me to walking addiction and I feel mind full of issues which need to be resolved (mostly sexual). I hate myself and sometime feels suicidal because of my overthinking habits and feel too alone in own childhood masturbation issues. I want to just stop my brain and legs from working overload. Is there help?
