Hi Thanks for reaching out. How long has it been since you have often been waking up after thirty minutes or one hour of sleep? This happens at new place and at home. Consult a psychologist and explain about waking up after thirty minutes or one hour of sleep. In order to determine the cause, with a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, work schedule, eating habits, and caffeine intake. You want to sleep well. With the help of counselling sessions, you will feel better. I understand you must be feeling extremely anxious about what you are going through. Be patient with yourself and practice self-care.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi.. One small change you can do is to fall asleep a little late or too early. Reoccurring nightmares usually come at a particular time in sleep. If you bypass that time, you are most likely to skip having that nightmare. Also, please try to follow a healthy sleep routine :— 1. No gadgets 2 hrs before sleep time. 2. Avoid using smartphone or laptop in bed/room,     where you sleep. 3. Take bath or wash your feet, hands, face, neck,      before sleep. 4. Organize your bed/room and keep it clean and      hygienic. You also need to regulate your meals, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Keep it healthy and timely. Apart from these lifestyle changes, you may require psychotherapy to not only understand and correct your presenting issues, but also to provide you an insight into why you are experiencing such nightmares. There must be some fears or inhibitions repressed in your subconscious mind that need to be addressed in a therapeutic setting.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling using Psychoanalytic Approach — Interpretation of Dreams using Dream Analysis, is required.
