Waiting for biopsy result
I had fibroadenoma in my breast, I was asked to have a follow up every 6 months once, last month I had a scan and biopsy regarding this . After 2 weeks I got an appointment to meet doctor, doctor said me nothing to worry but u will have 1 more scan today I had a scan and core biopsy. I am so worried y they did biopsy again is there any problem with first biopsy or did they find anything suspicious. I am really worried. I don't know how I am going to pass 2 weeks until I get the results

Hello Practo user !! nothing to worry !! most of cases second core biopsy have negative results. But the thing is good, as doctor is caring about you. if anything found then it can be cured 100%, if nothing then you will be 100% tension free.
