Waddling while walking
My 3.6 yr old girl waddles while she walks and runs..I am not sure if it's a developmental stage but sure she sways her hip while she walks.. Is there any exercises that could strengthen her hip muscles and give her stability?

Hi if u want strengthen the hip joint or gluteal muscle, in prone position raise the leg up and down .Swimming also improves
