Vomitting
21 months old son has vomitted thrice in last 1 hour. Had given ORS Tetra pack after 2 vomits but he threw up ORS As well.. Given modem 3ml now for 1 time only. Should I continue with ondem or any other medicine ? Weight - 10 kg
No signs of fever or loose motions yet in last hour

Give antiemetic sos along with ORS and zinc regularly. Visit a pediatrician for assessment of dehydration and danger signs.

No need to give ondem anymore.
Only give ORS in small aliquots at 10 minutes intervals replenishing the loss.
