  4. Vomiting with fever. Please suggest!

Hi Dr, My kid 2.5 years old developed vomiting yesterday night and she vomitted around 7 times , post that we have given her Domstal syrup. This afternoon she vomited again. From evening she developed a fever reading 100.9. She is not eating anything Please suggest
