Vomiting (while traveling)

Hello Doctors, My daughter 2.5 yr 10 kg weight often suffers from vomiting whenever she travels in AC cab or AC bus but it doesn't happens in non-AC bus/cab. Kindly suggest your opinion

Closed environment causes such motion sickness. Open air and continuous wind cause no problem to such child. So better travel in bus, train, rickshaws rather then in a car or ac car or ac bus. No medication to stop this, it is as such normal only.
