  4. Vomiting since 6-7 days. Help me out.

Vomiting since 6-7 days
I have given Emeset as per instruction of doctor but still vomiting is continue .The fluid intake of child is proper and he vomits after an interval of 20-24 hrs.After several visits to doctor no dehydration is still observed and they instrusts to watch further.I m in deep confusion what to do now please help me out..

If once in a day only vomiting is there please observe carefully after which food he vomits...is it a part of food fad that he vomits out what he doesn't like.o
