Hi, I think you are a person who depends on fast foods and junk foods from restaurants for your lunch and dinner and if you are a working women because of your work pressure u might have untimely eating habits.most of the restaurant use ingredients to make food tasty are known to cause indigestion or gastritis. So plan your diet properly, so that it includes vegetables and fruits rich in fibre content and drink plenty of water, avoid eating spicy and oily substances and avoid tea and coffee which are known to cause gastritis.
