Vomiting out substances.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Can raggi be given to dogs? If yes? How? Any suggestions? I had been giving him rice. Today he started vomiting all around. Even a little reddish liquid came out. I took him to a vet he gave some injections. I thought it's better to shift to raggi. Is it safe?
