Vomiting non stop - 1.5 pregnant

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Please provide the suggestion. my wife she is one and half months pregnant and she's vomiting continuously. Even if she drinks water she's vomiting. I need suggetion on what food will stop vomiting. concerned doctor and they suggest to take tablet before the food even though it is not stopping vomiting.
