Vomiting from 5 days ,extreme weakness

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My 6 years old son vomitted from the last 5 days(though after taking domstal his vomiting decreases but from yesterday he ahain starts vomiting),he also has headache and belly pain. We took him yesterday to the nursinghome.but they told that no need to admit him,. Now plz advise me what tests should i do to detect his problem?is usg is necessary? Is the headache can be due to migrain?

Hi. Get a ultrasound of the abdomen. Headache could be due to gastritis or any infection.

Next Steps

If the paediatrician as seen the child, then nothing to worry. Give bland diet and avoid milk and milk products for few days.
