Sir my son yaswanth 6 month son facing past two days vomitting problems and diarrhea problem kindly help us

Need to know more info..like is child active? What about feeding pattern...weight gain.?if few semi solid loose stool, it's k...if weight gain normal...meanwhile,try econorm half sachet twice daily....for 2-3 days...after feeds,advised burping...if baby dull, visit Dr immediately..
