Vometing continuosly
Today evening she has vomited first time and all food came out. After that whenever we give any food she is vomiting.
She had cough and cold. But from last 2 days she was looking better.

The child may be suffering from gastritis following treatment for cold/cough. Give only bland diet for a few days. Anti-vomiting drug may help.
